Our 1,300m² facility in Timaru is purpose-built to deliver large-scale engineering projects efficiently. We maintain dedicated areas for carbon and stainless fabrication to protect food-grade quality and material integrity.
Equipment includes:
- 3m CNC Press Brake – precision folding up to 6mm mild steel
- 12mm Guillotine – clean cuts on sheet and plate materials
- Manual and CNC Lathes – including 3.2m bed lathe for large shafts
- Milling Machines – vertical and horizontal, including digital DRO
- Rollers and Pipe Forming Equipment – for curved and cylindrical fabrication
- Welding Equipment – MIG, TIG, Stick machines for carbon and stainless
- Sheet Metal Tools – folding, punching, forming, and cladding tools
- Gantry Crane – 2-tonne capacity
- Mobile Plant – forklifts, elevated platforms, mobile welding gear.
What we deliver
Fabrication & Structural Steel
We fabricate high-quality carbon and stainless steel structures for industrial environments, from platforms and frames to custom process components. Our workshop integrates CNC capability, coded welding and controlled material handling to deliver accurate, repeatable results for large-scale projects.
Process & Utility Pipework
We design, fabricate and install process and utility pipework for food
production, manufacturing and industrial facilities. Our team delivers stainless and carbon systems with full quality control, traceability and clean fabrication processes that protect product integrity.
Machining
& Fitting
Our machining and fitting team produces precision components, repairs and assemblies that keep industrial and processing equipment operating reliably. With manual and CNC lathes, milling equipment and experienced tradespeople, we can manufacture, modify or refurbish parts to exact specification.
Site Installation & Project Delivery
We provide full on-site installation services, including mechanical installation, pipework, structural integration and commissioning support. Our experienced project team works safely and efficiently within live industrial environments to deliver seamless project outcomes.
